Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Every process have a multi-level monitoring and in strict accordance with the Japanese 5S management, made in order to reach high standards and high quality.
Quality Control Procedures
We have an in-house QC staff of about 15 people. Their roles include: IQC, IPQC, FQC, QA and QE.All our devices are with high-quality standards, and we apply all our products to get CE, RoHS, FCC certificate. The strict quality control system which involves a whole quality department team and all the procedures including Incoming Quality Control, Input Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Life testing before new product production and full inspection, Aging testing before shipment are a must.

We have a QC team, who is in charge of materials, assembly and finished items. The QC department takes high responsibility for products which are sent out to customers. We assign QC in each process to perform 100% inspection. Before the goods are sent to our customers, they are 100% inspected.
